Rebecca is currently working on her Masters of Science in Counselor Education with a focus on Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from East Carolina University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2022 at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Rebecca has a desire to help those who are experiencing struggles in their daily lives. Her counseling approach focuses on viewing individual as a whole person and helping to identify how behaviors and feelings are related. Rebecca believes that the most growth occurs when a trusting relationship exists between client and clinician.

She uses various counseling theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered with adolescents and adults. She also believes in integrating humor into sessions.
​
Rebecca is passionate about working with those facing life transitions or struggling with identity. Her areas of interest/experience include anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, and trauma.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys thrifting, reading, and spending time with her friends.
