Meghan is currently working on her Masters degree in Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with a certification in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) in 2016 from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.

Meghan desires to lend a hand and to be an ear that listens and empathizes as she seeks to assist her clients toward healing and recovery. She views all people holistically by focusing on each individual’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. Meghan's counseling method seeks to integrate elements from theories such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Meghan is also willing to integrate faith into the counseling process if the client desires.

Meghan’s current and past professional experience influence her desire to work with various populations. Her areas of interest include, but are not limited to: Trauma, grief, anxiety, cross-cultural workers, self-harm, premarital and marital counseling, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, personal growth and life transitions. Meghan desires for all of her clients to feel welcomed, safe, seen and heard as they are working toward their goals.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys taking walks in nature, baking, playing board games and long boarding.
