Meghan is working on her Master of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2022 from Gardner Webb University in North Carolina.

Meghan is focused on understanding each client's unique situation while establishing a therapeutic relationship of trust and safety. She views each person with a holistic perspective by focusing on an individual's mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health as a unified whole. She desires to help people explore how their personal stories have impacted their sense of self and the world in which they live.

Meghan integrates counseling theories such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family therapy with a Biblical foundation. Meghan's areas of interest include, but are not limited to, the following areas: a focus on women, children/teens, and couples with anxiety, depression, relational issues, family conflict, grief, premarital counseling, and helping people grow in self-awareness to create boundaries for healthy living. Meghan is certified in Prepare/Enrich for premarital and marital counseling.
Meghan wants to make each individual feel seen, known, and comfortable despite working through painful situations and soul-level issues. She desires to genuinely know the client through understanding their unique story and walking on the journey of healing.

In her free time, Meghan loves being outside in nature, doing anything active like running, hiking, walking, and playing pickleball with friends, as well as trying new coffee shops.
