Grace Elliott

Grace has a diverse background that spans over 16 years of owning and
managing two businesses—a licensed N.H. County Childcare Center and a
children's party business—as well as working as an Account Manager for Boar’s Head Provisions for 3 years. She brings a unique blend of financial, operational, and customer service expertise to her role as a Billing Specialist.

Through her passion of running a childcare center, Grace developed strong
financial management skills, overseeing billing, processing payments, and
ensuring compliance with regulations. She has gained valuable experience
working with families and clients through empathy, trust and maintaining positive relationships.

Additionally, her time as an Account Manager at Boar’s Head Provisions further
sharpened her ability to manage client accounts, analyze financial data, and
ensure smooth communication across teams and customers. This role provided
her with in-depth knowledge of corporate account management, contract
negotiations, and pricing strategies. She is committed to contributing to the
financial success and operational efficiency of the team.

Grace’s greatest joy in life is spending quality time with her daughters, son n law
and their fur babies. One in college and the oldest a LCSW in Wilmington N.C.
Her happy place is anywhere in N.C. from the beach to the mountains and lakes. In addition to time with family and friends, she enjoys volunteering at her church.
